Sunday we made some snowman cookies. Since Lexi had an apron, which she loves, the boys wanted to wear them too.
Lexi always grabs a recipe card or cookbook when she is helping in the kitchen and looks at it and talks like she knows what she is doing.
Yesterday morning they came up with a game that kept them occupied for quite a while called "santa and the elves". Zach was santa with big elf, Josh and little elf, Lexi and Rico their brown nosed rudolph. They would make toys (grab different stuff from thier rooms) then deliver them to all the different homes (different rooms in our home- I found stuff all day- in the laundry room, guest room, bathroom...) I heard them all start trudging up the stairs saying "Ho Ho Ho" and then Zach says, "why do we have to walk everywhere?"
They were going to play again this morning however when Josh wanted to be Santa Zach didn't want to lower himself to elf and wouldn't give up the santa hat. We did also get our tree this past week-end- did not end the way we had planned in a couple different regards...those photos to come.
