The last weekend of September I got to go on a women's retreat with our church. It was at Horn Creek located near Westcliffe at the base of the Sangre De Cristo Mtns. Great facility, great time of year as the leaves were beautiful and the temp. perfect, wonderful ladies and fantastic speaker teaching the word of God. While I was gone Dave , our friend Adam (he just got a job out here and is staying with us until the rest of his family makes the move from California- we are sooooo excited!!), and the kids took a day trip to Salida- beautiful area as well with a great fishin river and then made the big loop back through Hartsel and Woodland Park.
