Fountain Creek Nature Center- Monday

Dave had Monday off so wanting to spend a little more time with the kids- we took them out of school an hour early, stopped to get a 49 cent ice cream cone at mcdonalds and went to the nature center to enjoy the beautiful fall day.

we made Zach carry Lexi's backpack for a bit- he wasn't too happy about carrying the pink backpack

monkeys can't pass up on tree climbing

like a photo studio backdrop... but real life here in the springs:) awesome!

I like to think of this as brother's sweet hug, but they assured me it was wrestling, not hugging

the little ones were a bit worn out by the end of our walk-characters!

and the littlest one was carrying all the water bottles for everyone in her backpack- she's a trooper
