Kids that brought their teddy bear to the zoo this weekend got in for just a dollar. I had a free pass so the 4 of us got to enjoy the zoo for $3! They had a teddy bear clinic, gave out backpacks with some stuff in them and had different things they could do around the zoo. We got there in the morning before it got too warm or too crowded- great day @ the zoo!
They gave the bears check ups and bandaids or stitches if they needed them.
The boys got to make a salad to feed to some of the animals

and Josh fed the African Pancake turtle (he said he could see his sharp nails)

They got to pick out and help make a bear button.

She decided to push for awhile (even uphill) which I was fine with.
